CONTEXT

In 2019, the challenge was set by the client: to sell 16 houses in a condominium in Santa Cruz. The strategy involved defining personas and planning social media. The Social Media and Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) were a success, and even during a pandemic, by June, all the houses were in the process of being sold, and there was already a waiting list!
