The New Stellaxius Identity: The Challenge of Innovation

Stellaxius is a Portuguese Salesforce Consulting Boutique, specialising in Advisory and Implementation services, with an international presence. With over 16 years of experience and a strong portfolio of clients and projects, the company has built a reputation for excellence.

Shift was challenged to translate this expertise and sophistication into a new brand identity, one that reflects clarity, innovation, trust, and approachability, while breaking away from the sector’s visual uniformity and overly technical tone.

Context

A brand identity that could stand out and generate interest

Despite its operational maturity and technical credibility, Stellaxius faced a critical positioning challenge: its visual identity no longer reflected the company’s level of expertise, strategic dynamism, or ambition.

Competing in a global market, with talent attraction and retention as key drivers, Stellaxius needed a brand identity capable of standing out, sparking interest, and strengthening its differentiation.

Challenge

A new and bold identity

The goal was to reinvent Stellaxius, creating a new identity that honoured its legacy, particularly the iconic star in its name, while projecting the consultancy’s vision for the future.

The new brand needed to break away from conventional industry codes, often conservative and monochromatic, and instead embrace elegance, minimalism, and boldness. Above all, it had to convey confidence, energy, and proximity to a sophisticated, innovation-driven B2B audience.

Solution

The creative solution was a radical strategic and visual shift.

Shift delivered a strategic repositioning and a disruptive creative solution.

The star, a historic symbol of Stellaxius, was completely reimagined in a bold gesture: a vibrant pink explosion, unexpected and memorable, that shatters the industry’s monotony and signals a renewed brand attitude.

The new identity balances elegance, simplicity, and energy, transforming Stellaxius into a more confident, dynamic, and approachable brand.

The result is a brand that truly reflects the company’s expertise and ambition and projects it into the future.
